The mission of Ward Waldman Real Estate Services is to grow our future relationships by utilizing our confidence, committment and leadership as well as to provide added value to our existing partnerships. We will hold our integrity and ethics to the highest standard as we grow our business both internally and externally.
WWRS was founded by Patricia Ward Waldman (Tricia) and her husband A. Everett Waldman (Rett) specializing in all aspects of real estate transactions. Our organizational chart splits our business model into two separate divisions: Land Development and Residential Sales. While both departments strive to provide their clients and partners with exceptional determination, smart decision making, quick response time, and good nature, WWRS has specifically placed associates in the divisions that best utilize their skill sets and experience.
Our Land Division is lead by James J. Ward, III (Jim). His experience in development leads back to 1976 and we are proud to follow in his footsteps of creative land use solutions. Jim’s vision will be the core asset to the land division as Rett and Tricia continue to build on their combined years of experience. Rett and Tricia’s responsibilities, as well as running the day to day operations of the firm, will be as dedicated managers in the land division. The team will remain focused on acquisitions, planning, project management and business relationship expansion. Additionally, the land division can act as a ‘consultant for hire’ for property owners seeking entitlements.
The residential department, headed by Anita Gabler, specializes in buying, selling and leasing property in Palm Beach, County. Some of the services include: comparative market analysis, virtual tour of your home on the World Wide Web, premier advertising in major publications, deluxe brochures, broker open houses and more. WWRS is an active member of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and the Regional Multiple Listing Service. Membership in this service allows us to access any property for sale or lease in Florida by any real estate company.
Anita Gabler‘s membership in the Women’s Council of Realtors, a national organization of professionals in the real estate industry, can provide clients with professional relocation services.
